Sónar İstanbul – Electronic taste making 

International representatives of electronic music, the boundary between art and technology, and seminal panels are coming together once again. Sónar, one of Europe’s most prestigious music festivals, will be hosted by Zorlu PSM on 26-27-28 April with its 8th edition.

Four different stages welcome us with breezes from anytihing digital. With the mission of celebrating innovation, art and experiences beyond its era, there is a non-stop journey on the Sónar stages. Shall we take a tour?

Legends of electronic music, auditory, experimental and digital sounds; we are on the stage of SonarClub by 100% Music. From the very first moment, an eclectic selection of music meets the audience with a masterful blend of genres such as deep house, techno, jazz and soul. Figures from night culture, pioneers of modern techno and expressions emerging from the sounds are integrated with the stage throughout the festival.

We are heading towards an extraordinary experience, powerful rhythmic sounds and multifaceted timbres. In SonarLab by CUPRA, we are in a space where the music never stops in unforgettable experiences and experimental melodies. Experiencing something for the first time is the inspiration of this stage!

We are dazzled by the spectacle of a gigantic screen. SonarHall by Converse is the physical equivalent of the phrase ‘state of art’… A/V shows cover this screen, where our visual and auditory worlds mingle in a marvellous blend. Accompanied by artificial intelligence, digital performances and live music, we lose ourselves in the magic of the moment.

We are stepping towards the open air stage of SonarVillage by All Mega. Of course, the music doesn’t stop here either. As the stage shows that will mark the year mix with the melody of spring, we soak up the festival spirit.

Sónar Istanbul will also host the Sónar+D programme with its impressive panels where the boundaries of music and creativity are pushed, for free this year as every year. With installations, talks and live performances, the spirit of Zorlu PSM unites with the festival.
