A Star is Born?

Innumerable awards, a successful music career and an expected lead role. Lady Gaga is features in A Star Is Born, written and directed by the four-time Academy Award nominee Bradley Cooper. Debuting as a lead, Gaga is accompanied by Cooper who wrote and directed for the first time in his career.

The film also features Sam Elliott, the famous actor of the ‘90s who has been nominated for the Golden Globe two times; comedian Dave Chappelle; Andrew Dice Clay; Bonnie Somerville; and Michael Harney. The film portrays the life of Jackson Maine (Bradley Cooper), a country music star whose life takes a dive when he discovers Ally (Lady Gaga). The couple starts a passionate love affair and Jack introduces Ally to the stage. Jack makes Ally famous but soon realizes that her fame overshadows him, and he’ll have to face the lost glory of his career. A Star Is Born was reproduced in 1937, 1954 and 1976, and even had a Turkish adaptation. Planned to be released on October 5, 2018, A Star Is Born will be in theaters in Turkey on October 19.
