One of the era’s detective films Hitchcook’s ‘Rear Window’ which brings James Stewart, Wendell Corey and Grace Kelly together. In ‘High Society’ Bing Crosby, Frank Sinatra and Grace Kelly are the leads and Sinatra glamorizes with his voice. Movies in the 50’s and they are representing the era’s fashion trends. Elegant stylings with blazer jackets, button-down shirts, chino pants, fedora hats, loafers which are supporting the 50’s trends in every scene.
As art and fashion is influencing each other all the time, cinema would be the field that turns into a runway. Not only with the scenes but yet it’s stylings, movies… And there are the things kept this era alive!
