Curled hair to preserve oceans.

Beauty and nature came together to protect sea life in an unusual photography book titled Noodled.

Exploring the parallelism between natural ocean waves and similar shapes and movements in hair curls, the book matches black-and-white portraits with pictures of wave.
A collaboration among hair stylist James Pecis, art director Kimberley Norcott, portrait photographer Paul Wetherehell and Australian beach photographer Ben Budgen, the book has a circulated print of 2,000 copies. The revenue will be donated to Mission Blue which works to protect the oceans.
