I’m a 23-year-old photographer currently living in Brooklyn. I am constantly photographing, I sleep when I’m not working, I eat good food, I spend time with people that I love, I adore New York, and I miss California.
Sleepy Sunday morning, the first thing that I saw.
The view above the church on the corner of my street. Church bells chime at every hour and echo throughout the neighborhood.
It’s my tradition to go to the flower shop every Sunday afternoon. My small apartment has filled up with plants. The green reminds me of home in California and they give me something to take care of.
I sat down for coffee and orange juice to wake myself up.
Though it was cold the sun was shining, and I noticed my shadow on the pavement.
I picked up some gold gardening tools for $5 at a corner sale.
Winter is coming, so I like to take walks at night while it is still warm enough to be outside. The cold air is refreshing and the quiet is calming.
