Prepared by Nike’s Master Trainers like all exercises in NTC’s schedule, the yoga exercises offer three different programs that vary from 15 to 45 minutes and cater to all levels. Aiming dynamism, reducing the tension and mental renewal, the program activates your muscles and enables you to gain strength.
NTC’s yoga exercises that enable you to reach a more active level also provide an integrated exercise system that can support NTC’s other exercises.
